It was annouced last year via EW that Blumhouse Productions has been working on a TREMORS TV reboot. But Kevin Bacon just announced in a Screen Daily interview that he is involved and that the project is headed for the SYFY Channel. Bacon will be reviving his role of Valentine McKee, a handyman who is forced to battle giant man-eating underground creatures.
The movie TREMORS was originally released in 1990 and became an instant horror hit via the booming home video market of the time. It generated several sequels and a short-lived TV show back in the early 2000s. We are stoked to head back into the town of Perfection and see what those pesky Graboids have been up to.
